What are Bach Flowers...
In the 1920s and 1930s, a noted homeopath, physician and bacteriologist called Dr Edward Bach discovered a system of flower remedies that can help us rediscover the positive side of ourselves.
Dr Bach was a successful medical practitioner, but became disillusioned with conventional medicine and the way it focused on the illness rather than the patient
He believed the world of nature could provide significant healing properties and by the time he died in 1936, he had developed a complete system of 38 remedies, each prepared from natural sources such as extracts of wild plants, trees and bushes.
Each of the 38 individual Bach Flower remedies is unique and can be used to treat a particular negative mood or emotional state. They work by treating an individual’s state of mind rather than the disease or its symptoms.
The Bach Flowers can be safely taken alongside other treatments. They don't interfere with other medications and you can't overdose on them.
Bach Flowers can be taken individually or as a combination to make a personal treatment which will help you to find an emotional balance.
